PremiumShotz Partner Program Agreement

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the participation in the PremiumShotz Partner Program (“Program”) offered by PremiumShotz (“Company”, “Us”, “We”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States of America. Company employees and their family members are allowed to participate.

Referral Process

Participants may refer friends, family members, acquaintances or strangers (“Referral”) to PremiumShotz’s products/services using a designated referral link or code provided by PremiumShotz, or through verbal communication to refer an individual to PremiumShotz.

Participants may also email the referral’s information for tracking and attribution to referrals@premiumshotz.com.

To be considered a referee (“Referee”), each individual must use the participant’s designated referral link or designed referral code, or state that they were referred by the participant either verbally or in writing when asked prior to hiring us for an event.

Referrals must be new clients/customers and not participating in the Program. Referrals cannot be existing clients/customers or individuals who are already participating in the Program.

Referrals must meet the criteria specified by PremiumShotz for the participant to qualify for rewards (“Rewards”).

Qualifying Actions and Rewards

Participants may be eligible to receive rewards (“Rewards”) for referrals or themself based on a tiered reward system for each qualifying action completed as determined by PremiumShotz. Qualifying actions may include but are not limited to:

  • Making a purchase at or above $2,500
  • Referral making a purchase at or above $2,500


All referrals that meet the above qualifying actions will be known as a (“Qualified Referral”)

All participants will receive a 10% share of the revenue the participant has generated through their own events/purchases.

Participants will receive 5% share of the revenue for Qualified Referrals. The Referee will receive 5% share of the revenue from their event/purchases.

(“Total Earnings”) will be defined as the amount of money the participant has been paid in rewards as a result of this Program from PremiumShotz at the time appointed.

Each tier has different benefits. The following is the tiered reward system (“Reward Tiers”) which is subject to change:

  • Base Tier: The starting tier which all participants start at and remain at until they’ve reached a higher tier. No minimum payment.
  • Bronze Tier: Achieved when the participant achieves a Total Earnings of $1,000 or more. Minimum payment: $500.
  • Silver Tier: Achieved when the participant achieves a Total Earnings of $2,500 or more. Minimum payment: $750.
  • Gold Tier: Achieved when the participant achieves a Total Earnings of $5,000 or more. Minimum payment: $1,000.
  • Special Invitation Only Introductory Offer (“Exclusive Invitation Offer”): If the participant was invited by a team member of PremiumShotz or an individual already participating in the program, they will receive a minimum of $1,000 for their first three (3) payments. After the first three (3) payments, the participant will return back to the Base Tier. These first three (3) payments do not count towards the Total Earnings of a participant used to measure Reward Tiers as they are promotional.


The nature and amount of Rewards will be specified by PremiumShotz and are subject to change at PremiumShotz’s discretion.

Data Privacy and Security

By participating in the Program, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information in accordance with PremiumShotz’s privacy policy and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Company will handle participant data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Intellectual Property Rights

Participants acknowledge and agree that any content, trademarks, or intellectual property created or shared as part of the Program shall remain the property of PremiumShotz. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use PremiumShotz’s trademarks and branding materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

PremiumShotz shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Program. Participation in the Program is voluntary and PremiumShotz makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Program.

Termination and Modification

PremiumShotz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions of the Program will be effective immediately upon posting.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Program shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The laws of the State of California shall govern these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants are required to accept these terms and conditions before participating in the Program.
